We teach correct colouring procedures, use of transfer sheets, cake collars, shards, curls and use of certain tools.
Chocolate fondant to make Chocolate roses, Glazes for icings. You will receice 2 x sponge cakes (albeit small) to glaze & decorate with all things chocolate from the session
